Actually, today we were going to brew our new to come beer at our great brewing friends at Huttenkloas. Unfortunately, the Covid crisis throws a spanner in the works for us too. We can't be there this time. But are we going to cry about it? No, we won't. Here on Chaosplatz we will get our pots and pans out of the closet early in the morning. We put the light the fire and our thoughts are with our new beer. Wait. Did you say new beer? Yes indeed. In December the 4th beer from the brewers of Chaos will be launched. What itt will be we will keep to ourselves. But it will be tasty.
For today we are brewing a Russian Imperial stout according to a new recipe.
